The route
Before the day you send the pin, the boundaries if it is a plot, and what the photos are for — a guest listing needs different frames from an investor deck. On site the pilot starts with the property itself: straight down over the roof and the pool, then forty-five-degree angles from each corner that show the layout and the garden. Next come the context frames, which on Penida carry most of the value: a climb that brings the sea and the cliff line into frame, a pull-back that shows the distance to the nearest beach or viewpoint, and a pass along the access road to the main road. For a bare plot we fly the boundary line so the outline reads clearly on the photo. The video is assembled from the smoothest of these moves.
