Our approach
Holiday photography, planned around the light and the season
We work with photographers, videographers and licensed drone pilots — based in Bali and working across Indonesia — who speak English and Russian and know each place by its hours. A fixed price from $130, a private gallery in 48–72 hours, a free reschedule if rain takes the slot, and a 100% money-back guarantee if the work is not what was promised.
In Bali the gap between a good shoot and a wasted one is often an hour: Kelingking at sunrise against Kelingking at eleven with a queue on the path, an Uluwatu cliff in the last light against the same cliff at noon, a wet-season morning against the storm that rolls in after lunch. So the shoot is planned around the hour first, and the booking takes minutes on Telegram or WhatsApp.
The photographers we work with live and work in Indonesia. They know which temples ask for a sarong and sash and when a priest may say no to a camera, where a drone is allowed to fly, which villa needs to approve an outside photographer, and how to time a fast boat to Nusa Penida or the Gilis. How do you choose your photographers?
We work with professionals who are based in Bali and work across Indonesia, and we look at published client work rather than a portfolio made for the occasion. Each speaks English or Russian with clients, and drone work goes only to licensed drone pilots who fly within Indonesian rules.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. It is agreed in US dollars before you book and covers the shoot, editing, delivery and travel within the area you booked. Entry tickets, boat tickets, temple donations and national-park drone permits are not included and are named before you confirm.
When do I get my photos?
A private gallery with edited photos within 48–72 hours of the shoot; a pre-wedding in 7 days; an elopement or wedding in 2–3 weeks, with a preview within 48 hours. Video takes 5–7 days, a wedding film 4–6 weeks with the teaser in a week. Express 24-hour delivery is a $50 add-on for photo sessions; it is not offered on weddings, video or drone shoots.
What if it rains or I’m not satisfied?
If rain takes the slot in the wet season, the shoot moves to another day at no cost. If the work is not what was described when you booked, the 100% money-back guarantee applies.

This is a booking service rather than a single studio. Nobody is flown in for your shoot; the photographers, videographers and licensed drone pilots who answer are based in Bali and work across Indonesia, and speak English or Russian with clients. What we take responsibility for is the part of a booking that usually goes wrong — the price, the schedule and the delivery.
We look at published client work rather than a portfolio assembled for the occasion. A Bali portfolio is easy to fill with one perfect sunset on an empty cliff; published work shows what someone delivers on an ordinary wet-season morning, with cloud building over the volcano and a queue forming at the viewpoint. That is the useful question.
What is promised is deliberately narrow and easy to check. The price is agreed in writing in US dollars and does not move. Travel within the booked area is included; entry tickets, boats and temple donations are named before you confirm. The number of edited photographs is stated per service. The gallery arrives within 48–72 hours. If rain takes the slot, the shoot moves at no cost.
