The route
We meet in the car park above Dreamland about an hour before sunset and start with a few minutes of quiet close-ups while you settle: hands, a laugh, a look over the shoulder, with the sea as a soft blur behind. On the sand the filming is built on movement — a long walk towards the camera along the waterline, the two of you running into the shallows, a slow spin while the camera circles on the gimbal. The rocks at the northern end give height for a wide shot of you small against the beach and the waves. We record the sound of the surf on its own, cleanly, so the edit can breathe with it. The final minutes are filmed straight into the setting sun for silhouettes and flare, and the teaser is cut from the same footage in vertical.
