The route
Before the day we ask for a pin of the property and a list of what matters — the pool, a rooftop terrace, the distance to the beach, a garden — and check the airspace and the neighbours. On site, the pilot launches from your grounds, ideally while the pool is empty of guests. The first flight is the photographs: a top-down of the pool and roof, then three-quarter angles from the seaward side so the building faces the camera with the water behind, then higher frames that put the property in its place on the island — the lane, the coast, the reef and, on clear days, Lombok or Bali on the horizon. The second flight is the video: a slow approach from over the sea, a reveal over the roof down to the pool, and a pull-back that ends on the island in context. Neighbouring resorts are asked before we cross their airspace.
