The route
Once the site is cleared, the pilot arrives early to walk the boundary with you or your agent, agree what must be shown and what should stay out of frame — a neighbour’s yard, a construction mess, a power line — and pick a safe launch point. The photo set comes first: a straight-down frame of the roof and plot that reads like a plan, then oblique frames from each corner at two heights so buyers understand the shape and the garden or pool. Next come context frames, climbing higher to show the nearest main road, the toll gate, a lake, the sea or the town centre, depending on what sells this property. The video is flown last as a few smooth moves: an approach from the street, an orbit around the building, and a final rise that ends on the wider area. For a cluster or estate, the same pattern repeats per block within the 30 minutes.
