Reviews

Reviews are published here as clients share them, with the place and the shoot named. If you have had a shoot with Senjalight, send yours on Telegram, WhatsApp or by email and it goes up as written. Until then, what stands behind the work is the 100% money-back guarantee.

We are new in Bali, and this page says so rather than borrowing reviews from somewhere else. Reviews will appear here as clients leave them. We ask once, after the gallery has been delivered, and publish what comes back, critical or not. If you have already had a shoot with us, you can send a review on Telegram, WhatsApp or by email at any time.

Each review will name the place and the type of shoot, because that is what makes it useful. “Great photographer” tells you nothing; a family shoot in Seminyak in the wet season, or a proposal on an Uluwatu cliff at sunset, tells you whether the experience resembles the one you are about to book.

Until there are reviews, no score is shown and none is claimed. Once there are, the rating is arithmetic rather than editorial: it moves when the reviews move, and if the work slips it shows here first. A rating invented to fill an empty page would be a false statement to a search engine as much as to a reader.

In the meantime, what you can check is in writing: a fixed price in US dollars, a gallery in 48–72 hours, a free reschedule if rain takes the slot, and a 100% money-back guarantee if the work is not what was described. If your own shoot did not go the way it should have, tell us before you tell the internet — the guarantee is not conditional on staying quiet.
